$30 - $140+ There fee associated with the Building/Zoning Permit Application will depend on the total cost of construction. There will also be an additional Act 45 fee of $4.50. I hereby acknowledge that there is at least a minimum fee of $30 associated with the Building/Zoning Permit Application and that I will mail or drop off the application to 1500 W 3rd Street with payment included (check/money order) made out to City of Williamsport. There will also be an additional Act 45 fee of $4.50.

This permit is VOID if building operations are not started within six (6) months of the date of issuance, or abandoned for a period of six (6) months, and MUST be completed within two (2) years. 20% will be retained on permits if withdrawn. IF THE PROPERTY IS SUBJECT TO A VIOLATION NOTICE, THE TIME LIMITS ON THE NOTICE SHALL PREVAIL.
