Item5. Any Other Business
David Anderson had a question regarding 716 Grace St, a property that is for sale. It has curved wood
shingles that run from the flat gable wall around a curve, to the windows, which are recessed in the wall.
He asked for guidance because the wall shingles are rotted. HARB had no solution but suggested custom
made shingles, an unknown cost, so that should be looked into. Mr. Visco suggested manufactures of
replacement materials, pvc, vinyl or composite, may have a method to bend material around the curve.
Nan Young said the wood shingle curve is an important, unusual architectural feature. ADJ. 730
